Adidas Men’s Melbourne Ergo Shorts – Multicolour/Black

Very unique style and top performance! Part of an adidas collection that showcases a new approach to carbon recycling, these shorts were built using yarn that includes captured industrial emissions. Created for the Southern Hemisphere’s biggest tennis event, they’re cut to keep you moving around the court. Mesh details ensure you stay cool when everything’s on the line. That vibrant print takes its inspiration from our planet’s natural CO2 filters. For this product adidas turned to a greenhouse gas technology. It uses captured industrial emissions as a new material feedstock. CO2 is fermented into ethanol which constitutes 30% by weight of a polyester yarn. adidas knitted this yarn into various products and now this carbon-based ethanol makes up a minimum of 15% by weight of this garment.

An ergonomically-designed cut supports every sprint, leap and slide.

The drawcord on the elastic waist lets you customize the fit.

The pockets are designed to keep tennis balls locked in through every serve, smash and volley.
